Many documents on the Department's website are available in Portable
Document Format (PDF).
To access these you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be
downloaded free by clicking on the links on the right..
If you have problems downloading documents, for any reason, you can order
paper copies from the Responseline 08701 555 455.
If you encounter any other problems while using the DH internet site please
contact your local technical support for help. If a problem persists you
can notify the Department that you think there may be a problem with the
site by e-mailing mb-web-feedback@dh.gsi.gov.uk
